Chuxin Electronics' two flagship equipment models showcased at CLITI Exhibition

Comprehensive high-tech production enterprise Shenzhen Chuxin Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. 1. Material Frame Vertical Hot Air Curing Oven

This product is suitable for various curing processes of filling and packaging materials (such as packaging alloy thermal conductive silver paste, adhesive filling, COB packaging, etc.). The product features are as follows:

More scientific transmission design, minimizing the risk of board jamming: No connection points in internal transmission for smooth transport;

Intelligent frequency-closure fault layer, improving operational efficiency: During equipment operation, if a support bar in one or more layers of the vertical furnace encounters a fault, the system allows you to selectively disable these board-passing layers without affecting overall equipment usage; this feature is not available in standard vertical furnaces on the market.

Innovative needle roller active transport, rejecting board jams and damage: Adopting needle roller active transport, when encountering stuck products (fixtures), it stops. In contrast, traditional chain-driven vertical furnaces that move products (fixtures) will force the chain to act when a jam occurs, leading to product (fixture) board jams or scrapping.

Vertical lifting structure, significantly reduces floor space;

Excellent thermal efficiency, capable of handling baking and curing processes for products of various specifications with high-quality welding.

2. Reflow Soldering

Chuxin has been exploring and researching lead-free process equipment since 2002. With ten years of dedication, we focus on the research of lead-free process equipment. The VS series reflow soldering machine, as our flagship product, features a real-time furnace stability monitoring system with temperature control accuracy up to ±1°C. It employs an integrated two-stage multi-point suspension structure for the guide rails, ensuring lightweight and flexible adjustment. The guide rails and transmission components undergo special hardening treatment to extend service life. Controlled by Siemens PLC, it delivers stable and reliable performance.
