Joined Sichuan Xinli Lighting Co., Ltd. in 2009, serving successively as Materials Engineer, Manager of Agricultural Lighting R&D Department, and Chief Engineer of a branch company. Later joined Zhongke Rare Earth (Changchun) Co., Ltd., working in the LED industry for 11 years, primarily researching rare earth luminescent materials and their devices. Currently holds the position of Senior Engineer at the Urban Agriculture Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
Zou Chaoyang
Director and Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Songsheng Electronics Co., Ltd. Specializing in Applied Electronic Technology, previously worked at multiple foreign-invested electronic enterprises with nearly 20 years of rich R&D engineering experience in the power supply field. Responsible for Songsheng's testing and validation, technical support management, market research, customer service, and strategic planning, achieving significant results. Holds multiple invention and utility model patents and has participated in the drafting of numerous industry group standards and National standards (mandatory / recommended). Has been honored with titles such as Chief Quality Officer of the enterprise, Top 100 Craftsmen of Shenzhen, High-level Talent of Bao'an District, and Leading Talent of Shenzhen.
Li Xuewen
Associate Senior Engineer in Lighting Appliances, High-level Talent in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, PhD from Zhejiang University. Dedicated to the R&D and industrialization of semiconductor luminescent materials and functional luminescent devices. Published 13 SCI papers domestically and internationally; served as top two inventors on 5 authorized invention patents. Led or participated in key device packaging technologies for healthy lighting full spectrum, high-reliability UV, high quantum efficiency plant growth lighting, and high luminous efficacy red light sources. Possesses extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in biological lighting; appointed as Chief Expert of the Shenzhen Facility Agriculture Industry Association.
Xu Shuyong
Director of 3C Industry Expansion at Shenzhen Haiou Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. Graduated from Xiangtan University with a major in Information and Computing Science, with over ten years of marketing experience in the LED industry and firsthand witness to market evolution.
Hong Bing
Secretary-General of the Agricultural Lighting Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry, Deputy Director of the Talent Training Work Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry, Executive Dean of Ming Classroom, and Secretary-General of the Fudan Alumni Lighting Society.
Graduated from Fudan University's Department of Light Sources and Lighting Engineering in 1991, obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from CEIBS in 2003. Worked in product R&D, planning, marketing, etc. at companies including China Building Materials Academy, Panasonic, GE, OSRAM. Received the Siemens Global Top Plus Award and Siemens China Excellence Performance Award in 2008. Founded China Light Network and Agricultural Lighting Network in 2009.
