Management personnel changes at Moshuo Power and Refond Optoelectronics

Mao Shuo Power appoints General Manager and Deputy General Manager

On the evening of August 16, Maoshuo Power announced that its 5th Board of Directors held its 2nd regular meeting in 2022. Following nomination and approval by the Board Nomination Committee, the Board unanimously agreed to: appoint Mr. Gu Yongde as General Manager; appoint Mr. Nie Feng and Mr. Yang Fenglin as Deputy General Managers.

The announcement shows that Gu Yongde served as Chairman of Maoshuo Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2006 to February 2021; since July 11, 2022, Gu Yongde has served as a non-independent director on the fifth board of directors of Maoshuo Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd. He currently holds the position of Vice President of the Shenzhen Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce and Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen Wuxi Chamber of Commerce.

It is reported that Gu Yongde is the founder of Moshuo Power. As of now, Gu Yongde holds 22,990,358 shares of Moshuo Power stock, accounting for 6.45% of the total share capital of Moshuo Power. He is a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares in Moshuo Power and has no related-party relationship with the controlling shareholder, actual controller, other directors, supervisors, or senior management personnel of Moshuo Power.

Deputy General Manager Nie Feng has joined Moshuo Power. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Factory General Manager at Philips Huafei Color Display Systems Co., Ltd.; from 2000 to 2003, he was Factory General Manager and Procurement Center Manager at Huafei Color Display Systems Co., Ltd. (LG-Philips Display Devices Plant No. 1); from 2003 to 2005, he worked as Senior Manager of New Business Market Development at Philips Lighting Electronics (Asia-Pacific); from 2005 to March 2022, he served as General Manager at Signify Electronics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (formerly Philips Lighting). As of now, Mr. Nie Feng holds no shares in the company.

Deputy General Manager Yang Fenglin previously served as R&D Manager at Flextronics Power (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.; R&D Manager at Birui Technology Co., Ltd.; and Director of R&D, Deputy General Manager, etc. at Dibike Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. He also previously served as Executive Deputy General Manager of the SPS Division and General Manager of Maoshuo Power Technology Co., Ltd. As of now, Mr. Yang Fenglin does not hold any shares in the company.

Sanan Optoelectronics Vice General Manager Resigns

Refond Optoelectronics recently announced that the Board of Directors has received the written resignation report of Vice President Mr. Pei Xiaoming. Mr. Pei Xiaoming applied to resign from his position as Vice President due to personal reasons , and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation.

Refond Optoelectronics stated that all work responsibilities of Mr. Pei Xiaoming have been fully handed over, and his resignation will not affect the company's operations. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Pei Xiaoming directly holds approximately 450,000 shares of the company.
