New Developments! The Implementation Rules for the National Supervisory Spot Check of Lighting Product Quality Have Been Officially Released

近日，市场监管总局网站发布“关于发布童车等76种产品质量国家监督抽查实施细则的公告”。其中，涉及读写台灯、防爆灯具等2项照明产品质量国家监督抽查实施细则。相关产品生产厂家需按照有关标准要求保证产品生产质量，加强对自身产品质量提升工作。

Compared with the previous detailed rules for supervision and spot checks, this implementation has two obvious adjustments.

First is the standard revision. Relevant enterprises should note the product's production date; this quality supervision spot check will correspond to the applicable inspection standards based on the product's production date.

● 读写台灯实施细则中规定，2022年7月1日前生产的被检产品需符合“GB/T 17743—2017 电气照明和类似设备的无线电骚扰特性的限值和测量方法”的标准要求；2022年7月1日后生产的被检产品需符合“GB/T 17743—2021 电气照明和类似设备的无线电骚扰特性的限值和测量方法”的标准要求。

● 防爆灯具实施细则规定，2022年5月1日前生产的被检产品需符合“GB 3836.1—2010 爆炸性环境 第1部分：设备 通用要求”、“GB 3836.2—2010 爆炸性环境 第2部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备”和“GB 3836.3—2010 爆炸性环境 第3部分：由增安型“e”保护的设备”等标准的要求；2022年5月1日后生产的被检产品需符合“GB/T 3836.1—2021 爆炸性环境 第1部分：设备 通用要求”、“GB/T 3836.2—2021 爆炸性环境 第2部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备”和“GB/T 3836.3—2021 爆炸性环境 第3部分：由增安型“e”保护的设备”等标准的要求。

Secondly, new mandatory standards have been added. In the implementation rules for reading and writing desk lamps, a new standard has been added: "GB 40070—2021 Hygienic Requirements for Myopia Prevention and Control of Learning Materials for Children and Adolescents" . This is a mandatory national standard; manufacturers should pay attention to product compliance.
