CALI uses love to create the light of a better life for farmers in Aximan, Xinjiang

2022年6月24日，由商务部外贸司第三党支部、中国照明电器协会党支部、龙腾照明集团股份有限公司党支部，联合新疆维吾尔自治区商务厅和自治区商务厅驻村队党组织，共同举办的为喀什岳普湖县艾西曼镇3个村送“爱心路灯”活动在新疆维吾尔自治区喀什市帕哈太克里乡6村村委会举办。此次的捐赠物资是由中国照明电器协会常务理事单位、龙腾照明集团股份有限公司提供的60盏LED太阳能路灯，总价值约70万元。主要用于改善当地村级道路中无路灯照明的问题，为百姓解决夜晚安全出行困难，为当地村民照亮回家的路。

捐赠仪式前，来自各级党组织的党员和单位代表首先参观了“百年喀什纪念馆”，集体接受了爱党、爱国、爱新疆的红色教育。通过参观，阅览展馆陈列展品、图片和多媒体联动大屏，全方位了解新疆喀什地区发展变迁的历史进程，感受喀什各族人民在中国共产党的领导下，从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃。大家通过参观教育，切身体会到身体力行参与喀什地区基础建设的使命荣光，感受到通过爱心捐赠，为当地村民办实事、解难题的非凡意义。

At the LED solar street light donation ceremony, the assistance stationed cadres of the Autonomous Region Commerce Department's 'Visit People's Feelings, Benefit People's Livelihood, Gather People's Hearts' program introduced the basic situation of Aiximan Town, expressing sincere gratitude for the strong support from all sides for Xinjiang's construction and active participation in public welfare activities. Aiximan Town is located in Yuepuhu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, with a total regional area of 96.95 square kilometers. The distance between villages and among residential houses is relatively far; some village entrances and front doors of villagers' homes lack street lights, making night travel inconvenient. Based on this situation, this donation focuses on precise assistance, targeting actual needs such as improving lighting environments in front of difficult villagers' homes and homestays, carrying out targeted material donations to brighten the front of truly needy villagers' homes, revitalize local leisure tourism, effectively solve villagers' travel difficulties, and boost local economic development.

After the donation ceremony concluded, representatives from CALI (China Association of Lighting Industry) and Longteng Lighting Company's team traveling to Xinjiang jointly visited the recipient village to conduct on-site inspections of the street light engineering project, analyzing foundation bearing capacity and soil structure characteristics. They further confirmed the specific standards for the donated LED solar street lights in Aisiman Town and Seyike Township. The donated items included lamp poles, luminaires, internal pole wiring, embedded parts, solar panels, lithium batteries, and basic construction projects, as well as transportation and installation costs. During the site inspection, relevant personnel also held in-depth discussions with local engineering technicians regarding the construction plan to ensure the quality of the street light engineering project.
