Hengtai Lighting completes IPO acceptance
According to the announcement released by Hengtai Lighting on June 27, :
Hengtai Lighting signed a written coaching agreement with Northeast Securities on September 22, 2021, and submitted the coaching filing application on September 24, 2021. The application was accepted on September 28, 2021, and Hengtai Lighting officially entered the coaching phase. On June 27, 2022, Hengtai Lighting officially passed the coaching acceptance by the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau.
Hengtai Lighting's main business is the production, R&D, and sales of LED lighting products, which are mainly applied in office lighting, industrial lighting, and commercial lighting.
Sanan Optoelectronics Personnel Changes Sanan Optoelectronics announced on the evening of the 27th that, following review by the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to adjust and appoint certain senior executives, as follows: 1. Appoint Mr. Li Pulin as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company; 2. Appoint Mr. Xu Xiaoping as Vice President of the company; 3. Mr. Tang Qunli, due to work arrangement adjustments, is no longer serving as the company's financial officer but will continue to hold other positions within the company.

Sanan Optoelectronics announced on the evening of June 27 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanan Optoelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., received a document from the Yiwu Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee titled "Notice on Allocating Support Funds to Sanan Optoelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd." dated June 27, 2022. The committee approved the allocation of support funds for 2022: the first batch totaling 15 million yuan, the third batch totaling 15 million yuan, and the fourth batch totaling 36.2146 million yuan.
Two local standards will be implemented in July
DB41/T 2246-2022 "Technical Specification for Lighting in Primary and Secondary School Classrooms and Kindergartens"
Henan Province local standard "Technical Specification for Classroom Lighting in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" (DB41/T 2246-2022) will be implemented starting from July 5, 2022 .
This standard was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education of Henan Province, approved by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and jointly drafted by the Provincial Metrology Science Research Institute, Provincial Educational Technology Equipment Management Center, National Electric Light Source Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Henan), Provincial Teaching Instrument and Equipment Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and other units.
Standards specify general requirements for indoor lighting in classrooms of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, including general lighting quality, illuminance on the task plane and its immediate surroundings, color temperature, lux lighting power density, flicker percent / modulation depth, photobiological safety, lighting control devices, lighting light environment lumen depreciation, and other lighting quality indicators, as well as on-site inspection items and testing method requirements for school classroom lighting environments.
The standard scope covers classroom lighting environments illuminated by luminaires such as double-ended fluorescent luminaires and LED luminaires. It applies to new construction, renovation, and expansion of classrooms in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, including ordinary classrooms and various specialized classrooms.
DB50/T 1233-2022 Lighting design specification for urban roads and highway sections in cities
Local standard "Lighting Design Specification for Urban Roads and Highway Sections in Cities" is submitted by the Chongqing Municipal Administration of Urban Management, with the competent department being the Chongqing Municipal Market Regulation Administration. It will be implemented on July 6, 2022.
Main drafting units: China Merchants Chongqing Transportation Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Chongqing Urban Lighting Center, Chongqing Planning and Design Research Institute, China Coal Technology and Engineering Group Chongqing Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Expressway Network Management Co., Ltd., Chongqing Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway Co., Ltd.
"Design Specification" standardizes technical terms such as mountainous urban roads, highway sections within cities, and road lighting facilities based on current national standards and considering Chongqing's road characteristics; it regulates the lighting design process from general provisions, lighting area classification, lighting design standards, light source and luminaire selection and layout design, lighting control, power supply and distribution requirements, to lighting energy saving requirements.
Added a chapter on "Road lighting design standards for tunnels and underpasses". The maintained luminance standard for the middle section of tunnels has been appropriately raised to meet the safety operation requirements of tunnels; new provisions have been added for road lighting standard values in areas with extremely high traffic flow, such as commercial繁华 districts, historical and cultural blocks, scenic spots, and other gathering places, filling a gap in current national standards.
The "Design Specification" stipulates that for urban roads and highway sections within cities, lighting power density (LPD) shall be used as the evaluation indicator for lighting energy saving to restrict excessive lighting design; it also stipulates that high-efficiency energy-saving and environmentally friendly products should be prioritized, and intelligent control methods should be employed for lighting energy saving control.
