Su Yaokang, Director and Deputy General Manager of Feilo Acoustics, has resigned and retired

Feilo Acoustics announced on the evening of June 13 that the company's board of directors received a written resignation from Su Yaokang, a director and deputy general manager of the company. Mr. Su submitted his resignation due to having reached the statutory retirement age, requesting to step down from his positions as a director of the 12th Board of Directors, member of the Board Audit Committee, and deputy general manager. The resignation becomes effective as of June 13, 2022.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, the current Board of Directors consists of 11 directors. After Su Yaokang's resignation, there are now 10 directors on the Board, leaving one director seat vacant pending nomination by the Board's Nomination Committee when a suitable candidate is identified.
