Huati Technology Joint Venture Wins Two Lighting Projects

According to an official WeChat announcement from Huati Technology, the joint venture managed and operated by Huati Technology, Sichuan Hengji Huati Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., recently secured two lighting projects: the Xichang Jianchang Ancient City Yongquan Street Historical and Cultural Block Lighting Special Project and the Qionglu West District Landscape Illumination Project. This establishes the company as the illumination service provider for Xichang's national-level core tourism resort area and provincial-level historical and cultural blocks.

Among them, the Yongquan Street Historical and Cultural Block Lighting Special Project in Jianchang Ancient City, Xichang, will create a sightseeing model for the ancient city that operates at all times and across all areas, fostering new consumption scenarios for both daily and non-daily contexts.

Jianchang Ancient City is located in the central urban area of Xichang. It features a typical fan-shaped old town layout from the Ming and Qing dynasties and is currently the most well-preserved ancient city relic in Xichang. In 1992, it was designated as a National Historical and Cultural City of Sichuan Province. The core protection area of the Yongquan Street Historical and Cultural Block includes the plots on the north side of Yongquan Street, the southern section of Jiyang Lane, and the surrounding areas of the southern section of Xiadashuigou.

The overall layout follows the theme of "One Wall, One Street, One Drama, Multiple Nodes," creating a scenic view at every step. Jianchang Ancient City is enhanced with artistic and cultural elements, illuminating its heritage. Leveraging unique resources such as the historical culture of Jianchang Ancient City and the romantic ambiance of its ancient streets and alleys, we recreate the prosperous Ming and Qing dynasty scene characterized by bustling commerce and abundant goods. We aim to polish Jianchang's brand as a "Chinese Historical and Cultural Ancient City" and plan to create a "Ming City" imbued with the cultural temperament of the ancient city during the Ming Dynasty.

Huati Technology's lighting solutions aim to build a multi-layered lighting system. Leveraging the architectural features of Xichang's ancient buildings, it employs artistic design techniques to create an unforgettable night lighting atmosphere for all visitors, presenting natural, rustic, aspirational, and moving luminous efficacy.

The landscape lighting enhancement project in the Qionglu West District will distill innovative artistry by balancing urban positioning, scale, historical culture, and the natural environment, ensuring that Xichang's unique charm of light and shadow is felt during the day and through transitions of brightness.

The Qionglu West District is the concentrated area of cultural resources within the Qionghai-Lushan Scenic Area, the core landscape zone of Qionghai Wetland, the premier viewing space for Qionghai and Lushan, and the optimal interactive space integrating urban and scenic elements. The eighteen-li waterfront promenade records the historical memories of Xichang and Qionghai, reflecting the epochal characteristics of profound changes over time. It serves as a humanistic ecological corridor that mirrors the evolving behavioral patterns and ideological shifts in how Xichang residents interact with nature, while also preserving their emotional memories.

The scope of this plan covers the only area along Qionghai Lake with conditions for integrated development of mountains, lakes, and towns. It is a potential space for enhancing the overall image and service quality of the scenic area. The renovation will focus on effective protection as the core, excavation and highlighting as key points, and keeping pace with the times by addressing the needs of contemporary consumers. It will inherit the natural landscape gardening background, create new attractions in harmony with the terrain, and showcase the new风貌 of Qionghai as a highlight.
