CLITI Exhibition: Everyone's Take (Part 1)

Since the first quarter, the preparation work for the "2022 First China (Shenzhen) Lighting Industry Supply Chain Technology Innovation Exhibition" (CLITI Exhibition) has proceeded in an orderly manner, receiving widespread attention and active participation from within and outside the industry. The China Lighting Association has collected and understood expectations from all sectors regarding the CLITI Exhibition through various means. The association's official WeChat account and the China Light Network official WeChat account will successively publish opinions and suggestions on how to successfully organize the CLITI Exhibition. We will strive to build the CLITI Exhibition into a new comprehensive integrated platform combining "conference + exhibition" for global lighting industry business matching, information dissemination, and showcasing technology innovation achievements, accelerating the implementation of the relevant requirements of the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of a Unified National Market", and playing an active role in shaping a new development pattern for the lighting industry.

The CLITI exhibition will play a significant role in promoting high-quality development of the lighting industry. Adopting the new 'conference + exhibition' model, CLITI leverages the conference format to communicate industry direction, R&D achievements, and new product launches to all stakeholders across the supply chain and to customers, enabling a deeper understanding of the industry's progress and future direction.

The CLITI exhibition, themed "Technology Innovation Integration, Intelligent Green Quality Improvement", is expected to play a role in several aspects: First, it provides expansion and drive for industry direction adjustment . Due to the pandemic impact, global lighting demand has changed, requiring timely industry adjustments. The holding of the CLITI exhibition can effectively promote industry expansion and adjustment. Second, it promotes interaction between upstream and downstream segments of the Industry / Supply chain . The CLITI exhibition provides new technology, new materials, and new component launch services for the entire Industry / Supply chain, unblocking bottlenecks and promoting win-win cooperation among upstream, midstream, and downstream enterprises. Third, it offers a platform for cross-industry linkage for the sector . Currently, cross-industry linkage driven by new technologies and innovations extends beyond the lighting industry to include electronics, communications, and other sectors. The news that the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) will hold the "China (Shenzhen) Lighting Industry Supply Chain Technology Innovation Exhibition" this year has greatly inspired high-pole luminaire manufacturers in Gaoyou. We believe this demonstrates CALI's sense of responsibility and is a practical measure for the industry. As a manufacturing base for street lights and a cluster for lamp pole production, Gaoyou has reaped the benefits of participating in exhibitions over the years. By organizing local enterprises to exhibit collectively, companies have met new and old friends, learned excellent experiences from industry peers, expanded both domestic and international markets, secured orders, and enhanced the influence of Gaoyou luminaires.

As an exhibition organized by the China Association of Lighting Industry, the CLITI Exhibition has unique advantages. It builds an integrated 'Conference + Exhibition' platform, with multiple industry heavyweight events such as the China Lighting Industry Conference converging at the CLITI Exhibition, making it a grand annual event for the industry. Attending the exhibition allows one to observe first-class products and designs, understand market conditions and trends, connect with new technologies and processes, meet industry leaders, and better help enterprises promote themselves.

As an important sector of the lighting industry, Gaoyou luminaires will not be absent. The China Lighting Industry Association is the home of lighting enterprises, providing smoother communication and coordination services that are more approachable; booth fees include various discounts for members and based on area, giving CLITI the upper hand and making it highly attractive. The Gaoyou Municipal Government has always attached great importance to the development of the Gaoyou luminaire industry and supports enterprises participating in groups. Enterprises participating in the CLITI exhibition as a group receive a 50% subsidy on booth fees (25% from the municipal government and 25% from the local township or industrial park). This CLITI exhibition will build a "Gaoyou Smart Streetlight Demonstration Zone," and the Gaoyou Luminaire Association will continue to provide excellent group services.

The Gaoyou City Luminaire Association has extensively promoted the CLITI exhibition through channels such as council meetings, president symposiums, and member groups. Mr. Wen Qidong, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES), also delivered a special video presentation on the CLITI exhibition to Gaoyou luminaire enterprises. For enterprises that have previously participated in group exhibitions, the Gaoyou City Luminaire Association has conducted individual on-site coordination. Currently, about ten enterprises have registered to exhibit, with booth area expected to reach 1,000 square meters. In the next step, while completing the exhibition registration process, we will actively organize booth allocation, booth design, exhibiting products, and exhibitor services; maintain active contact with CIES, strengthen coordination, and carry out relevant work according to exhibition requirements to provide high-quality services for participating enterprises.

From September 14 to 16, the 2022 China (Shenzhen) Lighting Industry Supply Chain Technology Innovation Exhibition, organized by the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), will be grandly held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.
