Grand Medini is a luxury residential project in the Iskandar Malaysia Special Economic Zone, completed in 2018. Located in Medini, the only special economic zone in Malaysia, it is surrounded by green belts and offers a comfortable environment. Residents can fully enjoy comprehensive facilities and investment incentives, enjoying a luxurious lifestyle. Luxe played an indispensable role in the completion of this project.

其中，勒克斯还与世界著名照明设计公司 Light Collab合作，由首席照明设计师杜雅丽小姐 (Miss Yah Li Toh) 进行专业照明设计。Light Collab 是一家专注于利用光线美增强视觉环境和体验的照明设计公司，由经验丰富的的灯光设计专业人士组成。设计团队致力于展示“以光创造、定性‘感知’”的重要性，在世界各地的照明设计比赛当中获取了无数的奖项。因此，Light Collab 的实力毋庸置疑。

In this project, Luxor cleverly utilized the installation of luminaires at different locations to maximize the charm of light, making Grand Medini appear even more magnificent, creating a unique style of luxurious and elegant modern mansions , thereby adding value and enhancing commercial value.

Additionally, in terms of product selection, Lux selected lighting products from its high-end lighting brand RECOLUX, providing efficient and durable LED luminaires for static or dynamic lighting solutions for facade lighting , which not only achieves the aforementioned lighting effects but also considers energy sustainability and reduces unnecessary light pollution.

High-efficiency work, high-quality results

This project was awarded in early 2018 and needed to be completed within a short period, which greatly tested Lux's capabilities. Therefore, from the start of the lighting design, Lux constantly moved between fixture selection and installation to complete the project with the highest efficiency. Sometimes, Lux had to work around the clock, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, to meet the final deadline. In the end, Lux not only demonstrated excellent lighting expertise but also delivered high-quality project results with high efficiency—the now elegant and luxurious Grand Medini estate.
