As an important part of the Panasonic brand, Panasonic Lighting entered China in 1993. Since the first ceiling light was launched in China in 1955, it has been tirelessly striving to provide consumers with higher-quality products. In 2005, the e-HF high-efficiency [[Fluorescent lamp]] went on the market (IPO), achieving the country's first high-luminous efficacy indoor lighting system. Relying on this series of products, from 2005 to 2011, it continuously won bids for multiple landmark projects, including the new CCTV headquarters. In 2012, adapting to market development, Panasonic Lighting entered a new era of LED and also welcomed the historic moment of Panasonic's centenary in 2018. To better serve society, Panasonic Lighting not only deepened cooperation with brands such as Lawson but also proposed the concept of 'Light Space', dedicated to the elderly care industry, and co-built a community with Yada based on a new lifestyle concept.
