This smart lighting company completed a 300 million RMB Series E financing round

Smart lighting company Yeelight announced the completion of its 300 million RMB Series E financing round. Investors in this round include Light Control Industry Fund, Huatai Yuanhong, New Momentum Capital, Qingdao Sci-Tech Mother Fund, Huaying Investment, Yichen Capital, etc., with Taihe Capital serving as the exclusive financial advisor for this financing.

This round of financing will be used to expand sales channels in domestic and international markets, develop smart lighting products, layout the supply chain, and expand and upgrade the talent team, further consolidating the company's leading position in the smart lighting industry.

Yeelight was founded in 2012. The team currently has over 500 members, with headquarters in Qingdao and multiple subsidiaries established in Shenzhen, Shanghai, the United States, Germany, Hong Kong, etc., achieving global business coverage. The company is mainly engaged in the design, R&D, system integration, and sales of smart lighting-related products, possessing a complete smart lighting product line including home lighting, commercial lighting, smart control systems, and overall delivery solutions.
