All plant growth light products must be updated to DLC V2.1 by December 31.

On December 23, 2021, DLC once again reminded manufacturers of horticultural lighting products that all products currently listed on the QPL must be updated to version V2.1, and the submission for the version upgrade must be completed by December 31, 2021.

All plant growth light products must be upgraded and supplemented with TM-33 data in accordance with DLC plant growth light product regulations, and the relevant upgrade fees must be paid.

Below are the instructions for upgrading from V1.2 to V2.1, along with supplementary guidance for cases without TM-33 data.

· Upgrade to Version V1.2 ·

All products listed under V1.2 (with or without TM-33 data) must submit an application to upgrade to version V2.1 by December 31, 2021.

Otherwise, all version 1.2 products that have not completed the upgrade will be delisted on January 31, 2022.

· No TM-33 data upgrade to V2.1 version ·

All V2.1 listed products without TM-33 data must submit TM-33 data by April 1, 2022.

Otherwise, any column-named products without supplementary TM-33 data will be delisted in May 2022.

· Submission of V2.1 for new products ·

Starting from March 2022, all new V2.1 products are required to submit TM-33 data.
