Lighting Control Retrofit Project

Elements is a unique large-scale shopping mall in Hong Kong that blends luxury and innovation, offering customers world-class flagship shopping, dining, art, and entertainment experiences, allowing people to enjoy life even in the bustling city.

In 2019, Youchang partnered with Yuanfang to deploy a wireless intelligent lighting control system across the entire shopping mall area. By creating beautiful impressions through light, it allows people to discover new perspectives on familiar things and enjoy the warmth of light. In this project, Youchang leveraged its excellent lighting engineering technology to maximize the charm of light, while also providing significant support that enhanced the mall's operations.

本次改造项目的最大特色便是位於购物中心頂部、配置日光传感器的天窗。商场可预先设定时间，同时系统会透过自动侦测及感知日光的变化，自行调节商场内的光线亮度，既可以节省电费成本，又能减少能源消耗，起到保护环境的作用。可见，实施绿色照明将智能灯控融入烦嚣的城市，不但确确实实地推广环保文明，也旨在共同建立绿色生活。

The wireless intelligent lighting control system provides highly transparent, clear, and comprehensive auxiliary management services.佑昌 customizes exclusive user report interfaces according to customer needs, enabling customers to monitor all lighting control products in the shopping mall, down to tracking the energy consumption of each individual light fixture, rather than just monitoring the total power consumption of an entire floor, finally presented in a data visualization mode. The wireless lighting control system provides meticulous auxiliary services for the monitoring and management of shopping mall lighting, significantly reducing operational costs.

Wireless Lighting Control Management, Unlimited Development Potential

The lighting control system in the project operates as a wireless system, with all luminaires equipped with wireless receivers. This allows mall staff to easily monitor luminaire status remotely without the need for extensive additional wiring. Furthermore, these wireless devices can even be used in the future to establish indoor navigation services and upgrade the lighting system, enabling the mall to provide more comprehensive and high-quality services, attract more consumers, and enhance its reputation and overall competitiveness, which is highly beneficial for the mall's operation and development.
