Panda Lighting wins the bid for the Jinling Central Plaza flood lighting project

Recently, Panda Lighting's Lighting Engineering Division won the bid for the Jinling Central Plaza flood lighting project, with a winning bid amount of 10.35 million yuan.

The Jinling Central project is a major investment by Hongkong Land Holdings Limited in Nanjing. Located in the core area of Xinjiekou, Nanjing, it has a gross floor area of 336,000 square meters and a total investment of RMB 12 billion. It is the fourth ultra-luxury urban complex developed by the century-old Hong Kong enterprise Hongkong Land in the Asia-Pacific region, and upon completion, it will become an iconic landmark in the Xinjiekou area of Nanjing.

The floodlighting design for the Jinling Central project was created by Bipu Lighting Design, a top-tier domestic lighting design company.全过程 cost consulting was provided by Libi Company, an internationally leading firm. The entire bidding process strictly adhered to the Hong Kong version of FIDIC clauses. Six major industry players, including Beijing Haoersai, Beijing New Space-Time, Shanghai Laiyiting, and Shanghai Xinju, participated in the bidding for the lighting project.

After receiving the official project launch notification at the beginning of this year, and with strong support from company leadership, the Panda Lighting Engineering Division urgently mobilized its entire team. The division went through twelve rounds of bidding processes, including pre-qualification, project team defense, company evaluation, physical project inspection, technical inquiries, sample submission, commercial bid submission, clarification of technical queries, and clarification of bidding queries. Ultimately, we secured the bid with a narrow margin, ranking second in technical scoring and submitting the second-lowest commercial quotation.
