The core team of "Zhongzhicheng" entered the smart lighting sector in 2011. Over the past decade, we have focused on and committed to building smart cities and new infrastructure using smart light poles as carriers. As the founder of "Zhongzhicheng," I have led the company through difficulties, setbacks, and failures over the past decade, yet my resolve has remained firm, and my belief in success has never wavered. Diligent and down-to-earth, I have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to drive the company's development. For ten years, I have stood together with my team through wind and rain, growing together. Under the guidance of the National Energy Conservation Center and the Wuxi Municipal People's Government, and at the invitation of the organizer CEC Panda Group, the organizer China Light Network (Wuxi Lide Shidai Technology Co., Ltd.), and the co-organizers Jiangsu Provincial Municipal Engineering Association Urban Lighting Professional Committee and Gaoyou City Luminaire Association, I, on behalf of "Zhongzhicheng", shared the company's accumulated successful experience over the past decade with peers. About "Zhongzhicheng"
The core team of Zhongzhicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhongzhicheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) entered the smart lighting field in 2011, undertook the design and application software development for the first large-scale smart pole project in China in 2015, and applied smart pole design to smart urban management and smart tourism in 2016. The company is registered in Suzhou, with its main office located in Shanghai, and has offices in key regions across the country.

About "Founder"
Yang Fangqin, male, Han ethnicity, native of Hubei, Senior Engineer, graduated from Tongji University in 2010 with a Ph.D. in Engineering.
Previously worked at Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Highway Investment Group. Currently serves as Executive Chairman and General Manager of CIIC City Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and as Executive Director of CIIC City (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
From 2005 to 2021, co-authored 3 standards, wrote 24 papers, participated in 17 research projects, and co-authored 4 monographs. Among these, "Lighting design--from traditional light sources to LED" won the first prize in lighting education and academic awards. Obtained 8 patents and 24 software copyrights (with 10 applications pending), and applied for and approved the trademark "Zhongzhicheng".
In 2009, received the commemorative certificate for the completion and opening to traffic of the Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge Project; in 2011, awarded the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shanghai; in 2012, recognized as an "Outstanding Builder" among advanced collectives and individuals in the Shanghai Key Engineering Projects Merit Competition; in 2015, honored as a Leading Talent in Wujiang; in 2018, awarded the title of "Dual Innovation Talent" by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
Founded Zhongzhicheng Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongzhicheng Company), which jointly completed China's first large-scale smart street light pole project with Shanghai Sansi Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd.—the Jiangsu Hongze Smart Street Light Pole Project. It also completed the Smart Ruijin Digital Urban Management Project featuring over fifteen application modules, and led Zhongzhicheng Company to establish strategic partnerships with 30 companies. In 2020, Zhongzhicheng Company received investment from Sichuan Huati Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., the only SSE Main Board listed company in China specializing in smart street light poles. In 2020, it led the Zhongzhicheng team to undertake nearly 100 kilometers of smart street light pole projects—the Winter Olympics supporting project—Zhangjiakou Chongli "Tree of Wisdom" (Smart Street Light Pole) project consulting (feasibility studies, etc.) and construction drawing design.

Currently mainly engaged in research and guidance on technical standards for smart light poles, management measures, top-level project planning and design, preliminary consulting and planning, project design, operation and maintenance, development of intelligent control and O&M platforms, and smart transportation based on smart light poles.
