Huizhou NVC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has long been committed to the LED lighting industry. Through more than twenty years of innovation and development, NVC Lighting products have provided professional lighting services and solutions for famous events and projects such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the Shanghai World Expo, and Beijing Daxing International Airport. We have provided high-quality products and services to a wide range of users, earning widespread recognition and praise from the industry and customers.

In response to the current situation where others are producing or selling related products in both online and offline markets, which is suspected of infringing upon our company's "NVC" trademark rights, we hereby solemnly declare:

1. Our company is the true rights holder and owner of the NVC Lighting brand, holding trademarks such as "NVC" and "NVC NVC Lighting".

2. The use of signs identical or similar to our company's trademarks "NVC" and "NVC Lighting" by others on goods such as LED lamps, lampshades, lighting fixtures and devices, as well as on online store sales pages, detail pages, promotional materials, and product packaging, constitutes trademark infringement.

3. Our company has never produced, nor authorized others to produce, any products under the "Leishi" brand. All "Leishi" branded products appearing on the market are unrelated to our company. Users are advised to exercise caution and verify authenticity.
