Notice on Convening the 9th Member Representative Congress of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) and the First Meeting of the 9th Council

To all member units:

The eighth council of the China Association of Lighting Industry (hereinafter referred to as "CALI") is about to expire. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the CALI Articles of Association and the requirements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China National Light Industry Council for the general election work, the association's secretariat plans to organize and convene the ninth member representative assembly on September 16 to carry out the general election. During the same period, the China Lighting Industry Development Conference will also be held to discuss hot topics related to the development of the lighting industry. The specific details are hereby notified as follows:

I. Meeting Time and Location

1. Meeting Time:

Check-in at the hotel all day on September 14;

All-day China Lighting Industry Development Conference on September 15;

The 29th Executive Council Meeting of the 8th Session will be held at 20:00 on the evening of September 15;

On the morning of September 16, the 9th Member Representative Congress and the First Meeting of the 9th Council were held.

2. Venue: Zhongshan Dasin Crowne Plaza Hotel

(Address: No. 18 Shengping Middle Road, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province)

II. Main Agenda of the Meeting

(1) Deliberate on the work report of the 8th Council of the China Lighting Association, the report on income and expenditure of membership dues, the report of the Supervisory Board, etc.;

(2) Deliberate on the "Articles of Association of China Lighting Industry Association" (Revised Draft) and the "Measures for the Administration of Income and Expenditure of Membership Dues of China Lighting Industry Association" (Revised Draft);

(3) Elect the directors of the 9th Council and the supervisors of the Supervisory Board of the China Lighting Association;

(4) During the meeting, the first council of the ninth session was convened to elect executive directors and key persons in charge;

(5) Other related matters.

*On the afternoon of September 16, a visit to local companies will also be organized; representatives may voluntarily sign up to participate.

1. Representative of a member unit of the China Lighting Association;

2. Candidate Director for the 9th Council of the China Lighting Association;

3. Professional (Working) Committees of the Association;

4. Welcome to the representatives of the China Lighting Industry Development Conference and lighting industry enterprises from various regions to attend as observers.

4. Related Fees

1. Conference Fee: No conference fee is charged for this event; transportation and accommodation expenses are to be covered by attendees.

2. Accommodation fee: 368 yuan/day/room.
