In recent years, with the continuous development of modern agriculture, the demand for agricultural lighting has been expanding, posing new challenges to traditional agricultural lighting luminaire technology. With the continuous advancement of LED technology, countries such as the United States, Japan, and South Korea have made LED agricultural lighting applications an important direction for development and are actively deploying resources.
To promote technological innovation and market development in the design of agricultural lighting luminaires, and to advance the level of smart agriculture in China, the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) is launching the "China International Luminaire Design Competition · Agricultural Luminaire Award" for the industry. Online voting is open from today until July 31. You can cast a vote for your favorite entry!

Residential
1. Decorative lighting chess

Lighting products featuring design elements from Chinese chess, international chess, Go, and military chess, primarily used for daily lighting and chess activities.
Guided by the design concept of "decorative lighting chess pieces and chess-style lamps," the product adopts a "chess piece lamp + chessboard base" design scheme. Lamp holders are embedded within the chess pieces, and chess bases are installed at the placement points on the chessboard. An invisible dual magnetic switch between the lamp holder and the chess base toggles the function and form between chess equipment and lighting fixtures: when the magnetic switch is closed, the decorative lighting chess piece serves as chess equipment; when the magnetic switch is open, it functions as a luminaire.
2. LED Multi-functional Luminaire

Utilizing photocatalytic technology, it can remove organic pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene, and TVOCs, as well as bacteria and viruses. It offers air purification, sterilization, and self-cleaning benefits for hospitals, schools, offices, factories, and breeding farms.
3. Xiao Shennong – Home Horticultural Lighting Grower

Xiao Shennong integrates intelligent planting concepts into small-scale home gardening products. It monitors the three most critical factors for plant growth: humidity, nutrients, and light, providing the necessary illumination to help users cultivate plants scientifically. The product features a geometric stacked design with a rotary control panel and ring-shaped lighting module; the tray module adopts an integrated functional design, resulting in a clean, tech-inspired aesthetic.

5. Silicone-based Yellow LED Mosquito Repellent Ambient Light

"Jinci Ganyun" features an ultra-thin 1mm lamp body crafted from Jingdezhen's traditional special ceramic, employing the Song dynasty porcelain "half-knife clay" carving technique and the renowned "Jiuduan Shao" blue-and-white overglaze painting method.
