At present, competition in the nightscape / landscape lighting sector is gradually shifting from traditional construction to "soft power" capabilities such as planning and design, project management, and after-sales service. Currently, only a few leading companies in the industry continue to extend their supply chain, possessing the ability to provide users with one-stop, full-cycle nightscape / landscape lighting solutions, giving them a clear competitive advantage. Taking this IPO as an opportunity, Roman Co., Ltd. is expected to further enhance its core competitiveness and brand influence. Against the backdrop of strong industry development momentum, the company's high-growth performance trend is likely to continue.
It is reported that to accelerate the company's development, Roman Co., Ltd. has initiated new project layouts, transforming towards a "Smart City" model based on its existing business. The company plans to raise RMB 529 million, of which RMB 394 million will be used to supplement working capital for lighting engineering operations, RMB 45 million for the R&D and Design Exhibition Center project, RMB 35 million for the Urban Lighting Operation and Maintenance Platform and Data Analysis Center project, RMB 25 million for marketing services and network construction, and RMB 30 million for repaying bank loans. These projects aim to enhance operational capabilities, strengthen R&D strength, improve data mining capabilities, and boost business contracting capacity. The company has formulated a development strategy to become a comprehensive service enterprise in the field of landscape lighting, integrating the roles of overall solution provider, post-operation service provider, and smart management information service provider. The implementation of these fundraising investment projects is an important part of this strategy, which will further enhance the company's core competitiveness and promote healthy and rapid business growth.
