Hardware construction: new remote controllers, single-lamp controllers, intelligent circuit monitoring facilities, etc.


Applicant Qualification Requirements


Comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;


Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: promote government procurement of energy-saving products and environmentally labeled products. Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for persons with disabilities. Regulate procurement policies for imported products.


Specific qualification requirements for this project:


1. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. 2. Not listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, a party involved in major tax violation cases, or recorded for serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement on "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn). (1) Bidders shall pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the law. The legal representative or authorized person participating in the bid must submit an original scanned copy of the social insurance payment certificate for any month from January 2021 onwards for the unit's employees, issued by the local Social Insurance Management Center, at the time of bidding, and such legal representative or authorized person must be included in the aforementioned list of employees' social insurance payment details; (2) Consortium bids are not accepted for this project; (3) Different bidders whose unit heads are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract item, and a basic information table of shareholders shall be provided.
