Mingjiahui announced on the evening of December 15 that the company is planning to issue shares to purchase assets. Trading of the company's securities will be suspended starting from the market opening on December 16 (Wednesday). The transaction proposes to acquire a 52% equity stake in Aite Micro (Zhangjiagang) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aite Micro") by issuing shares, and simultaneously plans to issue shares to no more than 35 qualified specific investors to raise matching funds. Based on Mingjiahui's core business, if the transaction is completed, Mingjiahui will cross over into the semiconductor industry. The announcement shows that Mingjiahui has signed an "Equity Acquisition Letter of Intent" with Aitewei and its shareholder Zhangjiagang Yuejin Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuejin Industry Investment").
