On December 14, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors launched its first UVC LED product in Shanghai: Oslon UV 3636, marking the launch of OSRAM's comprehensive product portfolio in the UVC LED field.

The smaller size makes it very space-efficient, allowing LEDs to be easily installed in end-use equipment for direct disinfection. For example: installed in flowing water systems to significantly reduce bacteria in faucets; installed in automotive air conditioning systems to disinfect air before it enters the vehicle. Another advantage of direct integration of the light source is that it can effectively prevent high-energy short-wave UVC light from irradiating surrounding areas, thus posing no danger to the human body. In addition, unlike traditional lighting technologies, LEDs are very robust and durable, and are not sensitive to external impacts.

Currently, OSRAM's UVC LED Oslon UV 3636 product enables compact and powerful disinfection applications, while also advancing the industrialization of these special light sources.

OSRAM's first UVC LED product, Oslon UV 3636, is available in low-power and mid-power versions, with dimensions of 3.6mm x 3.6mm. Both versions have a wavelength of 275nm, making them ideal for disinfection applications. The low-power UVC LED consumes 4.5mW at a current of 30mA, while the mid-power UVC LED consumes 42mW at a current of 350mA.

According to reports, the Tianshui Green Valley Ecological Lighting Industry Incubation Base project is located at Baicaotan, Jiekou Town, Qinzhou District. It covers an area of approximately 450 mu, with a total construction area expected to exceed 360,000 square meters and an estimated investment of 3.4 billion yuan. The project aims to leverage Tianshui's strong industrial foundation, comprehensive industrial categories, and relative advantages in talent and location. By adopting the development strategy of "introducing a batch, excavating a batch, and incubating a batch," it seeks to form a complete ecological lighting industry chain that connects related core industries horizontally and integrates the upstream and downstream sectors vertically.

The construction of the project is of great significance for cultivating advantageous industrial resources, initiating the development of new energy-saving industries, nurturing new tax revenue channels, and extending the industrial supply chain.

According to the draft filing for the issuance of convertible bonds, the company plans to issue RMB 500 million in convertible corporate bonds.
