On the evening of October 26, Yangguang Lighting released its Q3 performance announcement, stating that revenue for the first three quarters of 2020 was approximately RMB 3.687 billion, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 8.65%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was approximately RMB 443 million, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 15.06%. Analysis suggests that Sunshine Lighting's four major transformations align with the industry's significant shifts, building international brand influence: As the lighting industry transitions from traditional products to LED products, the company strategically adjusted in line with industry trends. The main adjustments include: 1. Technological transformation, shifting from traditional fluorescent lamp technology to LED solid-state technology; 2. Product structure transformation, shifting from primarily traditional fluorescent light source products to luminaire products; 3. Customer structure transformation, shifting from an OEM-focused model to own-brand development; 4. Management model transformation, shifting from a business-oriented group to a control-oriented group. The company's strategic transformation aligns with the industry's major changes as large overseas manufacturers exit and consolidate. Internally, it strengthens group management, deploys smart lighting, and emphasizes talent incentives to build core competitiveness. Externally, it aggressively acquires domestic and international channel and brand companies, reduces long-term OEM production for international giants, and strengthens own-brand construction, aiming to become a new generation of leading international enterprises in the lighting industry.

Tailong Lighting disclosed its Q3 2020 performance report. The company's revenue for the third quarter was RMB 110 million, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 31.22%. For the first three quarters of 2020, the total cumulative revenue reached RMB 239 million, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 38.44%. The net profit attributable to parent company shareholders was RMB 4.71 million, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 88.59%.

The Q3 report disclosed by Unilumin shows that revenue for the first three quarters reached RMB 3.16 billion, a Year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 21%, with Net profit at RMB 154 million, a Year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 61.77%. In the third quarter alone, revenue was RMB 1.299 billion, a Year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 10.85%, and Net profit was RMB 74.5479 million, a Year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 49.61%.

Unilumin stated that in the first three quarters, the company actively responded to the national new infrastructure strategy and seized the opportunities of the domestic economic cycle. On one hand, it vigorously promoted channel sinking and channel empowerment integration by launching the "Spark Plan," "Prairie Fire Plan," and "Channel Joint Promotion Conference" across 31 provinces and cities nationwide. On the other hand, it continuously strengthened its capabilities through sustained technological and product innovation. In 2020, Unilumin successfully launched and mass-produced the UMini series display products. This product adopts RGB full flip-chip LED chips, massive transfer manufacturing technology, common cathode drive technology, and 5G transmission technology, effectively addressing pain points in the development of Mini LED displays, such as stability, reliability, and high-density ultra-high-definition display. It also released several new transparent screen products, self-developed LED display control and operation maintenance software systems such as Unilumin Ucare and ultra-high-resolution graphics engine software, as well as innovative achievements including Unilumin's epidemic prevention and control visualization solution and the smart city "edge + cloud" solution.
