PCCOOLER's Li Guangyao Resigns as Deputy General Manager

On the evening of October 22, PCCOOLER announced that the Board of Directors of Shenzhen PCCOOLER Technology Co., Ltd. recently received a resignation report from Mr. Li Guangyao, the Company's Deputy General Manager and Director. To further improve the Company's corporate governance structure, and after comprehensive consideration, Mr. Li Guangyao has applied to resign from his position as Deputy General Manager of the Company. He will continue to serve as a Director of the Company and is a candidate for the new Board of Directors.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Li Guangyao holds approximately 6.01 million shares of the company, representing 1.68% of the total share capital.

According to public records, Du Jianjun serves as both the Chairman and General Manager of PCCOOLER.

On the same day, Super3 also released a supplementary announcement regarding the re-election of the Board of Directors. The Company's Board nominated Mr. Du Jianjun, Mr. Zhang Zhenghua, and Mr. Li Guangyao as candidates for non-independent directors of the third Board of Directors, and nominated Mr. Gong Zhaohui and Mr. Yang Wen as candidates for independent directors of the third Board of Directors. The announcement stated that the number of directors on the new Board is proposed to be adjusted from the original 9 to 5.
