The State Administration for Market Regulation has released implementation rules for national supervision spot checks on the quality of four types of lighting-related products
Recently, the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation published the 'Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Release of Implementation Rules for National Supervision Spot Checks on the Quality of 131Types of Products (Click here for details: State Administration for Market Regulation Official Website). The announcement states that to further standardize the work of national supervision spot checks on product quality and create an open, transparent, fair, and just regulatory environment, in accordance with the 'Interim Measures for the Management of Product Quality Supervision Spot Checks', the State Administration for Market Regulation has compiled the 'Implementation Rules for National Supervision Spot Checks on the Quality of 131Types of Products', which is now released. Local supervision spot check work may refer to these rules for execution.

Among them, several lighting-related products are involved, including fixed general-purpose Luminaire products, self-ballasted LED lamp products, LED control device products, explosion-proof Luminaire products, etc.. Manufacturers of related products must ensure product quality in accordance with relevant standards and strengthen their efforts to improve product quality.
Fixed General-Purpose Luminaire Products National Supervision Spot Check Implementation Rules
1 Sampling Method
Samples are drawn from products awaiting sale by producers or sellers using a random sampling method.
Random numbers can generally be generated using methods such as random number tables.
For each batch of products, 3 units are sampled; among them, 2 units serve as test samples, and 1 unit serves as a backup sample.

If the quality requirements explicitly stated by the inspected product are lower than or included in the recommended standard requirements for inspection items in these rules, judgment shall be made based on the explicitly stated quality requirements of the inspected product.
If the quality requirements explicitly stated by the inspected product lack the mandatory standard requirements for inspection items in these rules, judgment shall be made based on the mandatory standard requirements.
If the quality requirements explicitly stated by the inspected product lack the recommended standard requirements for inspection items in these rules, that item shall not participate in the judgment.
