(2) Details: Other qualification documents specified in the tender documents Description: If the products bid by the bidder belong to government-mandated procurement products in the "Energy-Saving Product Government Procurement Catalog", a copy of the energy-saving product certification certificate issued by a certification agency designated by the state and within its validity period must be provided, stamped with the bidder's official seal.
(If the project accepts consortium bids, relevant qualification requirements shall be proposed for the consortium; if it belongs to a specific industry project, the supplier shall possess the statutory entry requirements for that specific industry.)
III. Government procurement policies to be implemented for the procurement project
Energy-saving products apply to (Contract Package 1) and shall be executed in accordance with the energy-saving product catalog. Environmental label products apply to (Contract Package 1) and shall be executed in accordance with the environmental label product catalog. Information security products apply to (Contract Package 1). Small and micro enterprises apply to (Contract Package 1). Prison enterprises apply to (Contract Package 1). Promoting employment of persons with disabilities applies to (Contract Package 1). Credit records apply to (Contract Package 1) and shall be executed according to the following provisions: (1) Bidders shall, before (the deadline specified in the bidding documents), separately query and print corresponding credit records via the 'Credit China' website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) (hereinafter referred to as 'the credit record query results provided by the bidder'). The credit record query results provided by the bidder shall be printed copies (or screenshots) of the original pages obtained from the aforementioned websites. (2) Review of query results: ① The qualification review group shall query and print the bidder's credit records via the aforementioned websites (hereinafter referred to as 'the query results provided by the qualification review group'). ② If the credit record query results provided by the bidder are inconsistent with the query results provided by the qualification review group, the latter shall prevail. ③ If the qualification review group is unable to query the bidder's credit records due to issues with the aforementioned websites (the qualification review group shall print the original page obtained when querying the bidder's credit records via the aforementioned websites and archive it together with the procurement documents), the credit record query results provided by the bidder shall prevail. ④ If the query results contain information indicating that the bidder should be denied participation in government procurement activities, their qualification review shall be deemed unqualified.
