Longli Technology plans to raise 325 million, focusing on Mini LED backlight display modules and other projects

深圳市隆利科技股份有限公司（以下简称“隆利科技”）发布公告宣布拟公开发行可转债募集资金3.25亿元，投资发展“Mini-LED显示模组新建项目”和“LED背光显示模组扩建项目”。

隆利科技主营业务为背光显示模组的研发、生产和销售，可应用于智能手机、平板电脑、数码相机、车载显示器、医用显示仪、工控显示器等领域。公司自成立以来一直专注于背光显示模组的研发和生产，依托自主知识产权的核心技术以及多年的生产实践，已逐步发展为国内研发实力较强、生产规模较大的重要背光显示模组企业之一。与京东方、深天马、深超光电、TCL 集团、信利、帝晶光电、合力泰、同兴达、东山精密、群创、友达等国内外液晶显示模组知名企业形成了稳定的合作关系。

其中，MiniLED显示模组新建项目将新建MiniLED显示模组生产线，其中车载类生产线10条，年产能为96.72万件；平板/NB/显示器类生产线6条，年产能为187.20万件；智能穿戴类生产线1条，年产能为249.60万件。项目达产后，预计实现年销售收入为139,838.15万元，年净利润为8,613.71万元，税后财务内部收益率18.19%，税后投资回收期为7.85年（含建设期）。

LED backlight display module expansion project plans to add an annual production capacity of 56.16 million PCS of backlight display modules. After reaching full production, the project is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 954.72 million CNY and an annual net profit of 54.5522 million CNY, with a post-tax financial internal rate of return of 17.32% and a post-tax investment payback period of 4.79 years (including construction period).
