Recently, Frankfurt Exhibition Russia announced on WeChat that, due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the Russian International Lighting Exhibition & Russian International Intelligent Building Exhibition (Interlight Russia & Intelligent building Russia) will be postponed. The new exhibition dates are tentatively scheduled for September 13-16, 2021.

To our valued exhibitors, visitors, and partner organizations: Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus in Europe, Messe Frankfurt Russia has decided to postpone the Russian International Lighting Exhibition & Russian International Intelligent Building Exhibition originally scheduled from September 14 to 17, 2020. The new exhibition dates are September 13–16, 2021. In response to the global outbreak of the novel coronavirus, many countries have implemented bans on gatherings and travel restrictions, without specifying a clear date for lifting them. This has created significant uncertainty for many international exhibitors and visitors coming to attend and visit the exhibition. Currently, the risk of a large-scale outbreak continues to rise, and gathering bans and travel restrictions may persist for some time. On one hand, to protect the health of exhibitors and visitors; on the other hand, to ensure that the exhibition achieves its expected results, Messe Frankfurt Russia made the difficult decision to postpone the event three months before the opening, hoping to minimize losses as much as possible. We sincerely thank exhibitors and visitors for their understanding.
