Chairman and Deputy General Manager of NationStar Optoelectronics Resigns

On May 8, NationStar Optoelectronics announced that the Company recently received a written resignation report from Mr. He Yong, Chairman of the Board. Due to age-related reasons, Mr. He Yong has applied to resign from his positions as Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee.

As of the announcement date, Mr. He Yong does not hold any shares in the company. His resignation has not caused the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum, and will not affect the lawful and standardized operation of the Board of Directors. This resignation letter shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.

It is reported that Foshan Lighting also received a written resignation letter from Mr. He Yong, the company's chairman, on April 24. The current chairman of Foshan Lighting is Mr. Wu Shenghui.

In addition, on April 25, NationStar Optoelectronics announced that Mr. Lei Zihe, Director and Deputy General Manager, and Ms. Li Qiying, Deputy General Manager, submitted written resignation reports to the Board of Directors. Mr. Lei Zihe applied to resign from his positions as Director and Deputy General Manager due to adjustments in work arrangements, and accordingly resigned from his position as a member of the Nomination Committee; after resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions in the company. Ms. Li Qiying applied to resign from her position as Deputy General Manager due to adjustments in work arrangements; after resignation, she will continue to hold other non-executive positions in the company.

According to the latest announcement from Foshan Lighting on the evening of the 7th, Mr. Lei Zihe is now the General Manager of Foshan Lighting.
