New Chairman and General Manager of Foshan Lighting

On the evening of May 7, Foshan Lighting announced the resolutions of the 38th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, stating that it had reviewed and approved proposals regarding the election of the company's chairman and the appointment of the general manager:

1. Upon election, Mr. Wu Shenghui serves as the Chairman of the Board and legal representative of the company, with a term consistent with that of the company's eighth board of directors.

Due to the vacancy of the Board Secretary position, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Board has designated Mr. Wu Shenghui, Chairman of the Board, to act as Board Secretary during the vacancy.

2. Upon deliberation, Mr. Wu Shenghui was elected as the Chairman of the Board's Strategy Committee, and Mr. Lei Zihe was elected as a member of the Board's Strategy Committee and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee.

3. After deliberation, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Lei Zihe as the General Manager of the Company, with a term consistent with that of the Eighth Session of the Board of Directors.

According to public records, Wu Shenghui is male, of Han ethnicity, born in July 1970. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds no permanent right of residence abroad, and has an in-service postgraduate degree. He previously served as Deputy Section Chief and Section Chief of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection; Deputy Director, Director, and Head of the Party-Masses and Personnel Department of the Human Resources Department at Guangdong Guangsheng Asset Management Co., Ltd. From June 2015 to April 2020, he successively served as Secretary of the Party Committee, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. Since April 2020, he has been serving as a member of the Company's Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee.

Lei Zihe: Male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1967, member of the Communist Party of China, no permanent residence rights abroad, postgraduate education, senior engineer. Previously served as Deputy Director of the Quality Management Office, Head of the Technology Department, Director of Device Factory No. 1, and Manager of Marketing Department II at Foshan Optoelectronic Materials Company; Assistant to the General Manager and Secretary of the Board at Foshan NationStar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. From October 2010 to April 2020, he successively served as a member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the RGB Device Business Division, Director, Executive Deputy General Manager of Foshan NationStar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Foshan NationStar Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Since April 2020, he has served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, and was elected as a director of the company in May 2020.

It is reported that Mr. He Yong, former Chairman of Foshan Lighting, and Mr. Liu Xingming, Director and General Manager, resigned on April 24.
