Hongyan high-protection power distribution products support the construction of Hangzhou Metro Lines 5 and 16

On April 24, the remaining section of Hangzhou Metro Line 5, known as the "Transfer King" and "Flash," and Metro Line 16 were opened simultaneously, further expanding the backbone of Hangzhou's urban rail transit. Notably, various high-protection power distribution equipment independently developed and manufactured by Hongyan's Power & Electrical Company, including power lighting distribution boxes, power maintenance boxes, and dual-power distribution boxes, have been widely used in Metro Lines 5 and 16. These products provide power supply assurance for Hangzhou's rail transit and promote the development of urban rail transit.

Hangzhou Metro Line 16 spans 35.12 kilometers and serves as the main artery connecting the West City Science and Innovation Corridor. Designed for a maximum operating speed of 120 km/h, it achieves an average travel speed of 60 km/h, making it the fastest line currently in operation on the Hangzhou Metro. It is reported that Line 16 features two themed trains: one emphasizing a futuristic aesthetic, named "Future Tech," and the other highlighting lush green landscapes, named "Green Hills and Clear Waters." The contrast between high-tech innovation and humanistic nature is striking.

The interior design of Hangzhou Metro Line 5 takes "humanistic stories" as its starting point, extracting the dynamic curves of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as elements to shape the space, running through the entire line and "traveling" through Hangzhou with a humanistic touch. Line 5 is 56.21 kilometers long. After the opening of the later section, it will connect seven urban districts of Hangzhou. Among the 40 stations on the entire line, 16 are transfer stations, making it the "King of Transfers" of Hangzhou Metro.

As a strong guardian of rail transit, the Power & Electrical Company under Hongyan Electric has independently developed and manufactured multiple high ingress protection distribution equipment units used in these two lines. The lighting distribution boxes are customized according to customer needs, with an ingress protection rating up to IP65, effectively preventing water and dust intrusion and ensuring the normal operation of distribution equipment. The dual-power distribution box features comprehensive monitoring and management functions, effectively detecting overvoltage, undervoltage, and voltage loss to ensure safe electricity usage.
