Nanjing will complete the deployment of 150 km of smart lamp posts and reserve pipelines this year

Recently, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, issued the "Implementation Opinions on Urban Management Work in Nanjing City for 2020". One of the key tasks is to strengthen intelligent urban governance, with the goal of completing the deployment of 150 km of smart lamp posts and reserving pipelines by 2020.

First, focus on building the urban management data center.

Launch the big data platform construction, build a single map for city-wide urban management business operations, optimize and integrate partial business information systems of urban management, unify the network environment, preliminarily achieve interactive sharing of partial urban management business data, and conduct pilot target data push with the municipal information center's city-level platform.

Second, strengthen the application of big data analysis.

Aggregate and analyze cases from the digital urban management platform, 12319, and 12345 citizen hotline data; use big data technology to extract data and perform correlation analysis on data density, identifying hotspots and difficult issues that citizens care about and reflect prominently, thereby enhancing the foresight and scientific nature of management.

Third, focus on upgrading the digital urban management information system.

Accelerate the progress of the census of urban components, focusing on solving the problem of low disposal efficiency by municipal departments and relevant units. Upgrade the video collection, case comparison, GPS positioning and other functions of the digital platform system, optimize system hardware, and improve the system's response speed and stability.

Fourth, focus on the distinctive application of the comprehensive law enforcement management system.

Promote the application of the urban management comprehensive law enforcement system at the municipal, district, and street levels to achieve full recording of law enforcement actions and traceable management throughout the process, thereby enhancing the capability and level of law enforcement teams in enforcing the law.

Fifth, promote the construction of smart lamp posts.

Formulate special plans for smart lamp posts and new construction and renovation plans. In 2020, complete the layout of smart lamp posts with a geographical length of 150 kilometers and reserve pipelines, jointly promoting the infrastructure construction of smart cities.
