2020 Lighting Design and Application Technology Forum and China Association of Lighting Industry Spring Festival Gathering Held in Beijing

2020年1月8日，由中国照明电器协会主办，雷士照明协办，中国照明电器协会《照明》承办的“2020照明设计与应用技术论坛暨中国照明电器协会春节团拜会”在北京隆重召开。来自全国各地高等院校、研究机构、设计院、生产企业的专家教授、高管、设计师和工程技术人员约120名参加了会议。

中国照协副理事长昕诺飞（中国）投资有限公司大中华区副总裁杨丽莉、中国照协秘书长王卓、副秘书长温其东、国家半导体照明/LED产业联盟秘书长关白玉、中国质量认证中心处长邢合萍、中国照明学会专职副理事长高飞，国家电光源质量监督检验中心（北京）主任韩松、北京照明学会秘书长王政涛、北京照明电器协会秘书长胡秀英、天津照明电器协会副理事长李全索、中山市半导体协会秘书长涂巧玲、雷士集团首席照明设计师杨雪松、中国航空规划建设发展有限公司研究员任元会等嘉宾领导出席了论坛。王卓秘书长做开幕致辞，她在致辞中表示，2019年喜报频传，这一年不仅是新中国成立70周年，也是中国照协成立30周年。2019年11月，中国照协举办“协会成立三十周年庆祝大会”，结合“不忘初心，牢记使命”主题教育，邀请行业内众多老专家、老领导，一起回顾历史，向过去30年来取得的成就表示致敬。同时激励新一代照明人坚定信心，保持照明人为人类提供优质、舒适的光环境的初心，和将我国建设成为照明产品的生产强国是我们的使命。虽然2019年市场受到了部分影响，部分数据增速变缓，但是行业发展还是保持了向好的态势。2020年，我们应充满信心和希望，利用新技术、新设计理念，努力推动中国照明产业做大做强，在下一个十年中再创辉煌，最后王卓秘书长向所有与会的嘉宾送以新年的祝福。

Zhang Jianlin, Editor-in-Chief of Lighting Magazine of the China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES), and Li Binghua, Chief Engineer of SADI International Design Consultants Co., Ltd., hosted the technical forum session. Rong Haolei, Dean of the Beijing Qingkong Human Settlement Optoelectronics Research Institute, delivered a report titled "Creating Value with Light — Sharing, Consensus, Symbiosis," systematically introducing the concepts of nightscape lighting development: information sharing for authenticity and safety; value consensus for balance and moderation; and industry symbiosis for sustainable development. Yang Xuesong, Chief Lighting Designer of NVC Group, presented a report titled "Technology-Driven Lighting for Comfortable Living," covering technology-driven lighting, lighting services, and case studies of NVC product engineering applications. Liu Kan, Electrical Director of the Fourth Architectural Design Institute of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, delivered a report titled "Lighting Design for Beijing Daxing International Airport Terminal," introducing the lighting design scheme for Daxing Airport. BPI Lighting Design Company Executive Director Li Qifeng presented a report on "Returning to Rational Design," outlining the principles of rational lighting design. Wen Qidong, Deputy Secretary-General of CIES, delivered a report on "Operation Status and Trend Analysis of China's Lighting Industry," detailing recent developments in China's lighting industry and future directions.

Finally, the Forum concluded with the holding of the China Association of Lighting Industry New Year's Reception. During the reception, everyone exchanged warm greetings and shared the gains and hardships of 2019. The venue was filled with a festive atmosphere. Everyone encouraged each other to strive for the development of China's lighting industry.
