重磅！雷士照明洽售大部分中国区业务
5月14日，雷士照明发布消息，公司正在对其中国区业务进行战略评估，并正与有限数量的潜在投资者进行磋商，以出售大部分中国区业务(预计将构成公司的非常重大的出售事项)，并持续扩张海外业务。
雷士照明表示，该等战略评估及磋商目前尚处于初步阶段，并未订立任何具体协议。
公司谨此强调其对海外业务的长期投入，且由于拟议出售的参数尚未最终达成或确认，公司目前有意保留部分中国业务。
