China Association of Lighting Industry held the 8th Session, 3rd Council Meeting grandly in Hangzhou

2018年11月13日，中国照明电器协会第八届三次理事会在浙江省杭州市开元名都大酒店隆重召开，110多名会议代表参加了会议。中国照协理事长陈燕生、副理事长刘升平、南京工业大学电光源研究所所长王海波、浙江阳光照明电器集团股份有限公司总经理官勇、中山市古镇镇党委书记刘建辉、杭州宇中高虹照明电器有限公司董事长张林夫、厦门虹鹭钨钼工业有限公司总经理李明琪、横店集团得邦照明有限公司总经理杜国红以及佛山电器照明股份有限公司、上海飞乐音响股份有限公司、惠州雷士光电科技有限公司、厦门立达信绿色照明集团有限公司、杭州鸿雁电器有限公司、欧普照明股份有限公司、厦门通士达照明有限公司、广东三雄极光照明股份有限公司、常州星宇车灯股份有限公司的副理事长单位代表出席了本次会议，官勇副理事长主持了本届大会。

During the morning session, Chen Yansheng, Chairman of the China Association of Lighting Industry, first presented the work report of the 8th Session, 2nd Council Meeting of the China Association of Lighting Industry. The report introduced the work situation of the China Association of Lighting Industry from 2017-2018 years, covering aspects such as improving the industrial development environment, serving enterprises, guiding industry development, stimulating the vitality of special committees, and strengthening the self-construction of the China Association of Lighting Industry, and reported on the work plan for 2019.

Liu Shengping, Vice Chairman of the China Association of Lighting Industry, presented the “China Association of Lighting Industry2017Annual Membership Fee Income and Expenditure Report”, which detailed the specific situation of membership fee income and expenditure.

Subsequently, she reported to the Council on "Proposal to Establish the Agricultural Lighting Professional Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry" and "Proposal to Supplement Member Units of the Eighth Council of the China Association of Lighting Industry", introducing the proposed branch organizations and enterprises suggested for council membership. After deliberation by the Council, CALI established "Agricultural Lighting Professional Committee" and agreed to supplement 12enterprises as council member units.

Wang Haibo, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CALI and Director of the Electric Light Source Research Institute at Nanjing Tech University, presented "China Association of Lighting Industry2018Supervisory Board Work Report", reporting on the work of the Supervisory Board in 2018.

中国照协副秘书长温其东作“照明电器行业2018年前三季度运行情况报告”，详细介绍了全行业的情况、各类照明电器产品的出口情况和趋势、中美贸易摩擦的影响，并指出东南亚市场目前十分值得关注。同时也分析了国内外企业现状和发展中遇到的挑战。

陈燕生理事长最后做了关于“全球照明产业战略发展路线图”的讲解。该路线图的制定由全球照明协会（GLA）发起，中文版由中国照明电器协会秘书处译制，提出了目前全球照明行业的发展趋势和以人为本的的照明概念，为未来的照明技术发展提供了指导意见。

In the afternoon, CALI invited 5industry experts to deliver excellent reports. First, Professor Hao Luoxi from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University presented "Evidence-Based Design and Innovative Practice of Healthy Lighting", introducing the concept of healthy lighting and its impact on special groups in special environments. Addressing health lighting requirements for various living spaces, she introduced evidence-based research practices in healthy lighting and highlighted Tongji University's major interdisciplinary research project on built environment and human health.

Dr. Huang Feng, Senior Expert at Signify, delivered a report titled "Trends in Smart Lighting Technology", introducing five development trends in smart lighting: appropriate connectivity, upgradability, human-centric lighting, serviceable and operable platforms, and lighting beyond illumination.

Zhang Debao, Director of the Standards Office at the National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing), delivered a report titled "Smart LightingIECInternational Standardization Dynamics", introducing relevant concepts of smart lighting, evaluation criteria for smart lighting, and IEC standards related to smart lighting.

结合本次理事会中关于成立中国照协农业照明专业委员会的议案正式审议通过，中国之光网CEO洪兵在会上作了“农业照明的市场应用”的报告，详细介绍了目前照明产品的农业应用，包括植物照明、动物照明、渔业照明和植保照明等细分市场。

Tang Qianshan, Deputy General Manager of Xiamen Leda Green Lighting Group Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Response Strategies to US-China Trade Friction", introducing the impact of US-China trade friction on the lighting industry, possible response plans for lighting manufacturers, the need for enterprises to adjust their market layout to adapt to market changes, and the necessity to fully assess opportunities and risks when establishing factories overseas.

Finally, Chairman Chen Yansheng presided over the discussion on hot topics currently affecting the industry due to the US-China trade dispute. The conference achieved complete success, and all participating representatives expressed that they benefited greatly.
