中国轻工业联合会四届三次理事会暨中华全国手工业合作总社七届七
2017年4月18日，中国轻工业联合会四届三次理事会暨中华全国手工业合作总社七届七次理事会在杭州召开。张崇和、王世成、杜同和、陶小年、何烨、贾志忍、崔毅等会社领导、老领导陈士能、钱桂敬参加了会议，来自全国各地的理事单位及各行业的企事业单位代表600多人参加了大会。国家发展和改革委员会产业司、工信部消费品司、国务院国有资产监督管理委员会协会商会党建局及浙江省政府等领导到会并致辞。
会上，中轻联张崇和会长作了《理事会工作报告》；通过了“有关人事调整”、“会费收支”、“分支机构管理办法”等相关议案；表彰了一批“2016年中轻联科技奖”。我国照明电器行业中三家企业获此殊荣，分别是：立达信绿色照明股份有限公司“LED照明茶品自动化组装生产线的研发与应用”获二等奖、浙江生辉有限公司“集成式智能无线音视频LED灯”、浙江阳关照明电器集团股份有限公司“主动散热集成式LED工矿灯”获三等奖。
