奥拓电子设立日本孙公司，进军日本市场
奥拓电子昨日晚间公告，公司全资子公司香港奥拓已于近日完成其全资子公司奥拓电子日本株式会社在日本的登记注册，注册资本为500万日元。
公告表示，日本奥拓由香港奥拓以现金出资，香港奥拓为日本奥拓的唯一投资主体。公司主要是经营电子产品研发设计、进出口贸易、电子设备租赁、投资及以上各项关联的业务。
奥拓电子表示，设立日本奥拓，将有利于推进公司国际化进程，加快建设日本地区的营销服务中心，提高当地技术、产品、服务响应速度，提升客户服务质量和品牌形象，吸引国际高端人才，进一步推动海外业务的持续增长，拓宽公司的国际化发展道路。
