Moso Power's controlled subsidiary Shenzhen Fuling officially renamed to Moso New Energy

　　In order to enhance brand influence and expand business scope, Moso Power's controlled subsidiary (the company holds 67.80% of its equity) Shenzhen Fuling Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Fuling") decided to change its company name and business scope, and recently completed the relevant change registration procedures at the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration.

　　After the change, the company name was changed from "Shenzhen Fuling Control Technology Co., Ltd." to "Shenzhen Moso New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Moso New Energy)".

　　At the same time, the revised business scope of Moso New Energy is as follows: General business items: technology development and sales of industrial control equipment, industrial automation software, and solar photovoltaic inverters; sales of electronic and electrical equipment; other domestic trade; import and export business (excluding items prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and State Council decisions; items subject to restrictions may not be operated until a permit has been obtained); design, development, procurement, construction, supervision, and general contracting of engineering projects for new energy systems such as solar power generation and EV charging stations. Licensed business items: production of grid-connected photovoltaic inverters, off-grid and grid-tied integrated photovoltaic inverters, photovoltaic water-pump inverters, and optimizers (subject to valid licenses).
