[Frankfurt] Tridonic brings forward-looking LED lighting system solutions

Source: 中国之光网 Views: 11630
If all electronic components could perfectly match their applications, the development of semiconductor light sources would have unlimited potential. The LED lighting systems and components that Tridonic showcased at Light+Building in Frankfurt, Germany, can provide complete lighting solutions for numerous application fields.
Continuously improving luminous efficacy, brightness, and light quality make LED lighting the top choice for the demanding professional lighting market. As the number and types of applications continue to grow, the requirements for LED light sources and related systems are becoming increasingly demanding. The market needs complete and reliable lighting solutions. Optical, electronic and mechanical components must be highly matched, including thermal management systems, to ensure that LED lighting solutions provide high-quality, stable light output over the long term.
LED modules and drivers combined to meet various needs
Tridonic's LED solutions include: a wide range of LED modules, LED drivers, emergency lighting systems, and lighting control systems. The broad product portfolio meets the requirements of diverse end applications. With just one LED module, choosing the matching driver and connecting cables creates a perfect LED light engine for you. As the core component of all luminaires, the LED light engine ensures stable and high-quality light output throughout its entire service life. A color rendering index (CRI) of more than 80 – or even 90 or higher – and low color tolerances meeting the MacAdam 3 standard (MacAdam 2 also available) enable the LED modules to deliver uniform, high-quality white light.
Tunable White – Comfortable, Soft White Light
Normally, the standard color temperature values for white light are 3000 K and 4000 K; for tunable white (the latest LLE modules), the white light can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 3000–6000 K. This means it can simulate all-day natural lighting variations, enhancing human comfort and employee work efficiency. It is ideally suited not only for offices and schools, but also for healthcare facilities such as hospitals.
  High-End Customized White Light
The high-end LED solutions, specifically developed for the exhibition, display, and retail industries, are available in multiple versions. Spotlights and downlights equipped with drivers of the "ART" version – featuring full-spectrum technology – achieve a color rendering index as high as 98, allowing viewers to perceive artworks as if under natural light. The fashion industry is particularly fond of the "FASHION" version with its special spectral technology. The bright white enhances the inherent colors of the garments and eliminates the previously yellowish color temperature.
Compact dimensions offer great design freedom
RuiGao's economical integrated light engine requires no separate driver, making it possible to design curved luminaires and giving designers great freedom. The round version can replace DD compact fluorescent lamps and T5 lamps. There is also another version available for downlights.
DALI made simple
The new luminaire group controller bridges the gap between simple lighting control and functional DALI lighting control, providing interfaces for up to 20 DALI/DSI devices such as sensors. These control units can be linked to one another to transmit signals. DALI addresses can be assigned to individual controllers via the integrated DALI interface, enabling luminaire group switching and signal feedback.
OLED modules – outstanding performance
OLED modules give people the impression of being light, thin, and floating. The light effect is pleasant and diffuses evenly, with no glare from any viewing angle. All versions of OLED modules, including flexible versions, will be officially launched in 2015 and will provide excellent color rendering. The Color Rendering Index (CRI) is greater than 80, with individual versions having a CRI greater than 90. At the same time, they will feature low color tolerance (MacAdam 4) and minimal color coordinate drift (x, y ≤ 0.005). The actual luminous efficacy of all OLED modules has been measured up to 12,000 lumens per square meter.
