三安光电获3亿元LED照明合同
三安光电24日与紫金矿业、福建安信合同能源管理有限公司签订了合作框架协议，协议约定，紫金矿业本部、全集团范围内子公司、各分支机构开展节能照明改造，由安信能源以合同能源管理模式具体实施，节能照明改造所需的LED照明产品由三安光电提供；安信能源在两年内（最长不超过三年）采购LED照明产品不低于3亿元，根据紫金矿业节能改造工程的情况，可追加采购数量及金额。
公司表示，将进一步巩固国内LED龙头地位，扩大合作，加快国际化发展步伐和LED产业链一体化布局，完善配套，跻身世界LED行业前五强。本次合作是继公司此前应用产品的一次渗透，符合国家节能减排政策。该协议履约将对公司未来两年销售收入和业绩产生一定影响。
