海南：力争2015年在全国率先实现淘汰白炽灯
近日，国家发改委、财政部同意海南追加推广100万只节能灯。到2015年，海南省力争在全国率先实现淘汰白炽灯。
海南2009年起推广使用节能灯，海南省节能灯销售实行国家和本省两级财政补贴政策。2012年，国家发改委、财政部下达海南省300万只财政补贴节能灯推广任务。海南省各级工信、财政部门积极组织做好推广工作，于当年12月份在全国范围内率先完成推广任务。针对节能灯供不应求的状况，今年1月份，包括海南在内的12个省区向国家提出追加2012年节能灯推广计划的申请，海南省100万只节能灯的追加推广数量获得批准。包括追加的推广数量在内，2012年推广任务完成后，海南节能灯推广数量将达850万只，绿色照明示范省建设成绩斐然。
据透露，今年下半年，海南省将推广300万只财政补贴节能灯，“十二五”期间将累计推广1350万只节能灯，预计每年可实现节约能源消耗12万吨标准煤，减排二氧化碳31万吨。到2015年，海南省力争在全国率先实现淘汰白炽灯。
