The working group meeting for the development of the group standard “Zhejiang Province Lighting Enterprise Credit Rating Specification” was held successfully.

On the afternoon of October 20, 2026, the working group meeting for drafting the group standard “Zhejiang Province Lighting Enterprise Credit Evaluation Specification” was successfully held in the conference room of the Zhejiang Lighting Appliance Association at the Inventronics Science and Technology Park in Binjiang District, Hangzhou.

This meeting was organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee and convened in accordance with the arrangements outlined in the ZJQS/TC45‑202601 “Group Standard Project Task Book.” Relevant experts from the technical committee and representatives from participating organizations attended to jointly discuss the standard’s technical content.

The meeting was chaired by Engineer Xue Xiaoxiao from the Zhejiang Institute of Electronic Information Product Inspection.

Ling Yingming, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Zhejiang Lighting Appliance Association, along with representatives from the main participating organizations, attended this working session through a hybrid format—both in person and online.

During the meeting, Teacher He Jie from Zhejiang Financial Vocational College, the principal drafter, presented the revised draft standard based on recent field surveys conducted at enterprises. Experts and representatives from various organizations engaged in thorough discussions on key technical aspects, including the framework of the group standard, credit evaluation indicators, evaluation procedures, and scope of application. Drawing on the current state of Zhejiang’s lighting Industry and actual business operations, they reviewed each clause of the draft, offering numerous suggestions for refinement and practical implementation, thereby further clarifying the standard’s development approach and laying a solid foundation for optimizing and improving the text.

The convening of this working group meeting has effectively advanced the progress of standard formulation. Moving forward, the drafting team will compile and synthesize the feedback received at this meeting, revise and refine the document, and issue a consultation draft for public comment. By openly soliciting and incorporating constructive suggestions, the team aims to continuously enhance the standard’s scientific rigor and applicability, supporting the construction of a credit system within Zhejiang’s lighting Industry, guiding lighting enterprises toward honest and compliant operations, and promoting the high-quality, sustainable development of the industry in Zhejiang.
