Cree Chips, Guanglian Lights, the Dazzling Lake Tai Sheraton

　　The Huzhou Sheraton Hot Spring Resort Hotel has recently been completed and officially opened. It is the first over-water super five-star hotel in China. The main building of the hotel makes full use of the excellent water resources of Lake Tai, combining the dynamic and static beauty of water, like a pearl of Lake Tai, beautiful and elegant. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel's LED landscape lighting design. Every evening when night falls, the colorful LED night lighting becomes a beautiful sight on the southern bank of Lake Tai, like the bright moon in the night sky, and like a ring shining with diamond-like light. Countless local residents and tourists stop to admire this magnificent scene.

　　The magnificent Pearl of Lake Tai was jointly illuminated by Shanghai Guanglian Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and Cree, and has applied to compete for the "China Illumination Award." The Pearl of Lake Tai has a building height of 100 meters and a width of 116 meters. It uses a total of 19,000 LED fixtures, along with 44 lighting industrial computers and nearly 1,200 signal receivers for intelligent control of all fixtures. The light source uses 2.3 million Cree high-brightness CLV6A-FKB LEDs and CLA1B-MKW LED devices. Cree high-brightness LEDs all feature high brightness, high color consistency, wide viewing angle, and high reliability. Meanwhile, the CLV6A-FKB LED device uses a 3-in-1 surface-mount structure and is waterproof. Cree high-brightness LEDs are suitable for various applications such as landscape lighting and outdoor displays. The well-designed LED landscape lighting system not only gives the building more expressive tension but also significantly reduces the overall energy consumption compared with conventional lighting, while providing a longer system service life.

　　Previously, Shanghai Guanglian Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and Cree have collaborated on several occasions, jointly illuminating renowned landscape lighting projects such as the 2010 Shanghai Expo Theme Pavilion and the Shanghai Waibaidu Bridge. This time, the two parties joining hands once again at the Huzhou Sheraton Hot Spring Resort Hotel will create yet another classic masterpiece of LED light art.
