Wu Changjiang, founder of NVC / NVC Lighting, brought profound reflections to entrepreneurs facing the dilemma of "involution" in his sharing session titled "New Possibilities for China's Lighting Industry." With his deep industry insights, he bluntly stated that the core of current industry involution stems from factors such as the market shifting from incremental to stock, mature LED technology extending replacement cycles, and severe overcapacity in the industry. Facing this situation, he pointed out that companies' difficulty in scaling up is "not because there are no opportunities in the industry, but because their own operational thinking needs to break through." To this end, he proposed a dual breakthrough path of "product" and "model." For example, regarding products, he urged companies to open their minds to "big health," actively exploring blue ocean markets such as "beauty phototherapy," "sleep-aid lighting," and auxiliary treatment lighting for chronic diseases. Regarding models, addressing the pain points of scattered resources and weak competitiveness among SMEs, he proposed abandoning the idea of fighting alone, integrating high-quality enterprises in niche fields, and jointly building an industrial ecosystem platform with "ecosystem co-construction and professional division of labor." He finally won resonance from the audience with the call, "Rather than each lighting a lamp in the dark, it is better to illuminate the night together."

Dr. Yao Hua, founder of Ziguan Technology, proposed the core concept of "Three No's and Three Yes's" for healthy light, establishing the bottom line of photobiological safety with "no harm, no irritation, no interference," covering full-dimensional risk prevention and control such as blue light, glare, and flicker, and creating a situational ecological light environment with "direction, rhythm, and temperature," combining AI perception and automatic adjustment technology to adapt the light environment to the human flow state, promoting the industrialization of healthy lighting from concept to practice, and also sharing practical implementations of smart scene lighting. She proposed that AI and humans should collaborate and divide labor in smart scene lighting, with AI ensuring the precision and reliability of standardized execution, while humans focus on endowing the light environment with irreplaceable emotion and meaning.

Lin Jiliang, founder of the Light Formula Research Institute, systematically expounded on the core logic of lighting extending from visual effects to non-visual physiological impacts in his speech "Between Visual and Non-Visual: How Lighting Truly Returns to 'Human-Centric'". He emphasized the necessity of establishing measurable and verifiable light dose models and adopting next-generation optical metrics such as Melanopic Equivalent Daylight Illuminance (EDI) to guide design. He called on the industry to abandon single-parameter marketing, shifting focus from "luminaire parameters" to delivering "spatial outcomes," truly understanding the relationship between people, space, time, and activities, thereby achieving an essential return to the value of lighting.

Ding Qinhua, former Second-Level Inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Greening and City Appearance, combined years of management experience to deeply analyze the challenges and opportunities in the lighting industry against the backdrop of urban renewal. He pointed out that the "bundled" implementation of projects and changes in capital recovery cycles are practical challenges currently faced by enterprises, while areas such as building the night economy, complete community construction, and age-friendly renovations contain opportunities in niche markets. He urged promoting lighting from engineering support to a core carrier for improving urban livelihoods, ecological restoration, and cultural heritage. He suggested that enterprises strengthen risk control and fund management, cultivate niche markets, seize the trillion-level market opportunities of urban renewal with full-cycle service capabilities, and transform from product sellers to "EPC+O" comprehensive service providers to cope with changes.

Du Ligang, founder of Beansmile, brought forward-looking insights to overseas enterprises with his speech "Brand Exposure Infrastructure in the AI Era, Reshaping Corporate Digital Portals in the GEO Era". He first pointed out that the search behavior of overseas buyers has undergone fundamental changes, with decision-makers turning to AI tools to find suppliers, meaning that if a company is not cited by AI, it is "invisible in the AI era". The core solution he proposed is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), enabling corporate websites to be AI-readable, citable, and recommendable, significantly boosting brand exposure and precise conversion overseas. He shared the GEO infrastructure websites delivered by his company for corporate clients that are open to AI crawlers, and demonstrated effectiveness with the case of serving Jianzhong Consulting. He concluded that search traffic is being redistributed, and companies that complete GEO transformation first will establish significant first-mover advantage barriers within the next 6-12 months.
