2026 (21st)China Road Lighting Forumwill be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from April 15 to 17. At this forum, many well-known industry experts will share with attendees the latest road lighting technologies, advanced municipal lighting operation and management experience, and lighting design solutions for major domestic engineering projects. The 9th Council's 6th Meeting of the China Association of Lighting Industry will also be held concurrently on April 15; representatives are welcome to attend as observers.

This forum also includes training on road lighting technology and the latest standards and regulations; representatives who complete the training will receive a training completion certificate issued by the China Association of Lighting Industry. The training focuses on development and practice in the field of road lighting, covering forward-looking design concepts, refined control of urban road lighting and future trends, design practices for comprehensive poles on urban expressways, interpretation of the latest government procurement policies and analysis of typical cases. It will also systematically promote the new national standard for performance requirements of road and tunnel lighting, as well as interpret and release the latest relevant group standards, comprehensively enhancing participants' capabilities in planning and design, standard understanding, and engineering practice. In the training sessions of the past two road lighting forums, hundreds of representatives have completed the training and received completion certificates.

Since its inception in 2005, the China Road Lighting Forum has successfully held twenty editions. As a core platform for industry exchange, it has played a key role in promoting the development of the road lighting sector. This year's forum, themed "Resilience, Livability, Integration, Innovation," deeply focuses on key issues such as low-carbon transition paths under the dual carbon goals, collaborative construction of smart poles and urban infrastructure, digital O&M upgrades for road lighting, and iteration of industry standards and quality control. Top industry scholars, experts, and leaders from leading enterprises across the supply chain will be invited to gather, addressing industry pain points through policy interpretation, keynote speeches, case sharing, exchanges and discussions, and specialized training. This aims to build an efficient docking platform for government-enterprise collaboration and integration of industry, academia, and research, helping to improve the level of refined urban management and empower the quality and efficiency improvement of smart city construction.
