Liu Tian, Deputy Director of the Luminaire Room at the Quality, Measurement and Supervision Testing Institute of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, presented the "Consumer Guide to Electrical Safety in Home Lighting". Based on extensive laboratory test data, he pointed out that electrical fires account for more than 30% of household fire causes, with luminaire overheating, short circuits, equipment aging, and low-priced products passing off inferior goods as superior being the main triggers for safety accidents. At the same time, low-priced luminaires also pose problems affecting visual health, such as blue light hazard and flicker. He interpreted the scope and key points of the mandatory CCC certification for luminaires, and explained in detail practical techniques for consumers to avoid "invisible killers" and scientifically select safe and reliable home lighting products, such as checking the CCC mandatory product certification mark, certificate number (which can be verified on the official website of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration), energy efficiency label, and identifying luminaire housing materials (such as flame retardant performance).

Li Jianfeng, an expert and senior inspector from the Smart Home Appliances Department of the Guangzhou Branch of the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), systematically interpreted the mandatory certification scope and unit division rules for lighting products in his presentation "Brief Introduction to CCC Certification Scope and Consistency Control for Lighting Electrical Products." He provided professional compliance guidance for enterprises to standardize production and ensure product quality. He emphasized key points in production consistency control, including that product markings, manual content, internal structures, and key components (such as power supplies, lamp control devices, insulating materials, etc.) must strictly align with the type test reports and certification certificates. Li Jianfeng pointed out that consistency control is the lifeline for ensuring certified products continuously meet safety requirements. Any changes involving safety performance by enterprises must be declared to and approved by the certification body; the violation of having "one set for the certificate and another for production" is strictly prohibited.

Zhao Shiling from Zhongke Rare Earth (Changchun) Co., Ltd. shared "Light and Health — Rare Earth Photobiological Axis Suppression Technology," based on ten years of systematic research by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This technology uses special rare earth luminescent materials to prepare a specific spectrum (B/M spectrum) that can effectively inhibit excessive axial growth of the eye. She detailed the long-term research process using macaques as experimental models, published in the international authoritative journal "Zoological Research," which clearly confirmed that low color temperature (3000K) artificial lighting can significantly slow down the axial development of the eyes in adolescent macaques. This technology has been transformed into new eye-protection luminaires, and application studies have been carried out in multiple schools. Preliminary data shows that it can effectively reduce the myopia growth rate among students, providing an innovative light intervention solution with evidence-based medical proof for myopia prevention and control in adolescents.
