On November 27, 2025, the Jiangsu Lighting Society held a seminar on "Breaking Through Adversity and Seizing Opportunities for Lighting Enterprises" at Conference Room A02 of the Suzhou International Expo Center during the 2025 Municipal Engineering Construction Industry Expo and Urban Lighting Exhibition. Nearly 90 council members or representatives of council units of the society and industry guests from inside and outside the province attended the meeting.At the seminar, Hong Bing, Editor-in-Chief of China Light Network, Executive Dean of Ming Classroom, and Deputy Director of the Talent Training Working Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry（中国照明电器协会）, delivered a special report titled "Observing the Overall Situation and Looking Deeply: The Survival Strategy of Lighting Companies in a Sluggish Market"; Qian Zongming, Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Lighting Society, presented a special report on "Interpretation of Central and Jiangsu Urban Renewal Policy Plans and Development Opportunities for the Lighting Industry".
