Exhibition Introduction:
The 14th China (Yangzhou) Outdoor Lighting Exhibition 2026, abbreviated as "Yangzhou Outdoor Lighting Exhibition", will grandly open at the Yangzhou International Exhibition Center from April 10 to April 12, 2026. Since its inception in 2012, it has been held annually, marking 14 years of development. This year's exhibition, themed "Innovation and Energy Saving, Manufacturing the Future", relies on Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city that serves as China's street light manufacturing base and LED industry base. Rooted in the industrial source and integrating advantageous resources of the outdoor lighting industry, it creates an ultra-large scale of over 20,000 square meters, building a one-stop decorative lighting trade platform with direct procurement, convenient trade, and high cost-performance for outdoor lighting manufacturers, buyers, and dealers.
With changes in the industry development environment and transformations in deep industrial development, the Yangzhou Outdoor Lighting Exhibition has become an important driving force for the sustainable and healthy development of China's outdoor lighting industry. It gathers industry strength with a forward-looking perspective and innovative layout to jointly respond to opportunities and challenges under the new situation, striving to contribute to steady economic recovery and enhance market vitality. 1. The exhibition held in the national-level street light production and distribution base will evolve from "joint participation" to "holding exhibitions at your doorstep"
As an exhibition held at your doorstep, it offers convenient conditions. For lighting companies with exhibition needs, this opportunity is rare. It saves transportation time, costs, and losses for many enterprises, while also reducing labor costs, making the overall participation cost lower. 3. The 2026 China (Yangzhou) Outdoor Lighting Exhibition introduces new non-profit measures, presenting unique highlights and creativity
This outdoor lighting exhibition is assisted by the Yangzhou Municipal Government and is not aimed at commercial profit, prioritizing service to exhibitors rather than blindly pursuing economic benefits to reduce the burden on participating enterprises. Instead of raising booth fees, this exhibition has taken the opposite approach, minimizing exhibition costs and offering booths at cost price, which was unexpected for many exhibitors. This measure has received active support and affirmation from many industry exhibitors.
Review of the Previous Edition:
The previous exhibition was successfully held at the Yangzhou International Exhibition Center from March 26-28, 2025, with an exhibition area of over 20,000 square meters. The exhibition showcased new products and technologies developed by domestic and international enterprises in recent years, gathering more than 500 well-known companies from home and abroad. Famous enterprises such as Hualang, Baorun, Huiya, Zhongxiang, Wanfeng, Kaiyuan, Lanjing Yitan, Xucheng, Hanzhiguang, Houde, Pinhang, Guanyida, Zhuhai Huahui, Changqin, Bopu and other outstanding exhibitors.
According to statistics, there were over 30,000 professional visitors, mostly from the street light industry, research institutions, government departments, distributors and agents. The positive results of the exhibition were unanimously praised by exhibitors, with 90% of clients expressing their intention to participate in the next edition. Over one hundred media outlets, including Yangzhou TV Station, Yangzhou Daily, Baidu, Sina, and Yahoo, provided in-depth coverage. The organizing committee invited urban lighting management offices, municipal engineering units, lighting landscape companies, developers, and agents from cities at or above the county level nationwide to visit and procure. The exhibition was brilliantly presented, and buyers returned fully satisfied.

China Smart City and Cultural Tourism Night Economy Development Forum
During the 2026 China (Yangzhou) Outdoor Lighting Exhibition, the "China Smart City and Cultural Tourism Night Economy Development Forum" will be held. This forum will explore new opportunities for industry development and cooperation from the perspectives of smart poles, IoT applications, and the cultural tourism night economy. It invites design institutes, engineering companies, street light management offices, and cultural tourism bureaus from across the country, as well as renowned experts, corporate leaders, industry organization heads, and government officials in the domestic lighting and related fields to gather in Yangzhou to discuss the development strategy of the lighting industry in the new economic era.
◆ Booth Fees
◆ Exhibition Procedure:
1. Fill out the "Exhibitor Application Form" and mail or scan it to the organizing unit. Booths are allocated on a "first application, first payment, first arrangement" basis;
2. Within 5 days after applying for a booth, wire transfer or pay the exhibition fees [50% (deposit) or full amount] to the organizing unit, and pay the remaining balance before March 10, 2026. After remitting the various fees, exhibitors should fax the bank remittance slip to the organizing unit.
3. If the exhibiting enterprise fails to pay all fees on time, it will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the exhibition; if the organizer fails to provide a booth to the exhibiting enterprise due to reasons attributable to the organizer, all fees paid by the enterprise will be refunded in full.
4. Exhibiting units must comply with the exhibition regulations and the relevant rules of the Organizing Committee, including temporary adjustments to individual booths.
5. Exhibits that do not align with the theme of the exhibition are prohibited from participating.
