2025 National Lighting Consumer Market Quality Upgrade Lecture Series - Changzhou Stop
In active response to the national call for large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in policies, and to seize the trend of quality upgrades in the consumer market, the 2025 National Lighting Consumer Market Quality Upgrade Lecture Series organized by the China Association of Lighting Industry will visit Changzhou, the "Capital of Lights in China", on September 26.
The event focuses on "Policy Empowerment · Quality Renewal", inviting industry leaders, leading enterprises, and core channel partners/dealers to jointly decode the new domestic demand opportunities driven by the dual engines of "large-scale equipment renewal + consumer goods trade-in".

This move not only recognizes the deep heritage of Changzhou's lighting industry but also aims to establish Changzhou as a model for quality improvement and upgrading in the lighting sector across East China and nationwide. Wang Zhuo, Secretary-General of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), will interpret the "2025 Lighting Industry Half-Year Report and Trends" on site, providing decision-making basis for enterprises to plan for the second half of the year, from macro policy orientation to micro market dynamics.
Hong Bing, Editor-in-Chief of China Light Network, will present the frontier topic of "AI Healthy Lighting," revealing the trillion-level incremental space for circadian spectrum and emotional light formulas in the fields of healthcare, education, and elderly care.
Song Te, Solution Director of the Lighting and Smart Business Line at Kujiale (Qunhe Technology), will analyze the "New Era of Lighting Design," showcasing the infinite possibilities of next-generation lighting design software empowered by AI to construct spatial lighting aesthetics, helping dealers "sell solutions" rather than simply "sell luminaires."
Zhu Rui, Product Manager for Greater China at Seoul Semiconductor, will deeply analyze the "Direction of LED Device Technology Upgrade against the Background of Quality Improvement and Upgrading in the Lighting Market," providing references and strategies for enterprises under economic pressure in the industry.

Secretary-General of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), Senior Engineer, and Deputy Secretary-General of the National Technical Committee on Lighting Appliances Standardization (SAC/TC 224).
Graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a major in Materials Science and Engineering. Participated successively in the design and implementation of various phase projects of the China Green Lighting Program jointly developed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Global Environment Facility. Has long been engaged in the management of the lighting electrical industry, familiar with production, management, technology, and policies of the domestic and international lighting electrical industries. Has many years of research experience in the transformation and technological upgrading of the lighting electrical industry, cleaner production in the lighting electrical industry, customs classification notes for lighting products, and standardization of lighting electrical products.

Executive Dean of Ming Classroom, Deputy Director of the Talent Training Working Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry, Executive Vice President of the Beijing Lighting Electrical Association, Editor-in-Chief of China Light Net & Agricultural Lighting Net, Secretary-General of the Fudan Alumni Lighting Classmates Association, and Council Member of the CEIBS Ecological Environment Alumni Association.
Graduated from the Department of Light Sources and Lighting Engineering at Fudan University in 1991, and obtained an MBA from CEIBS in 2003. Successively engaged in R&D, product planning, and marketing at companies such as China Building Materials Academy, Panasonic, GE, and OSRAM. Received the Siemens Global Top Plus Award and the Siemens China Excellence Performance Award in 2008, and founded China Light Net in 2009.
